Ironton has been groomed. It has been active and busy up there both with people and moose.
Note: We had an informal report of a Moose with a new calf in the Ironton townsite recently.
Please be respectful of the moose and give them plenty of space if you see them – even turning around and going the other way if they are in the path. Remember that Dogs (leashed or unleashed) seem to be very agitating for them. Consider skiing without your dogs right now during calving season.
