Hello Ouray County Community,

Tuesday Nov. 14 saw the resurrection of the Nordic Council Dinner at the Tavern at the Wright.  We had delicious tacos by Christian and amazing prizes to give away.  Judging from all the laughter and smiling faces with standing room only capacity, it was a rousing success.  If you were able to join us, we hope you had a great time.

We would like to thank the following businesses for their generous contributions of prizes:  Basecamp Ouray, San Juan Mountain Guides, Red Mountain Alpine Lodge, Wiesbaden Hot springs Spa & Lodging, City of Ouray Hot Springs Pool, Ouray Mountain Sports, Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs, Ouray Glassworks and Pottery, and Ridgway Adventure Sports.  We hope you will thank them by shopping locally.

The ski trails up at Ironton and around the River Trail are groomed only because of the many generous donations and yearly memberships we receive each year.  If you have not signed up for this season, we would like to encourage you to please consider a membership to the OCNC this year, AND to definitely get out and ski or snowshoe this winter!

We look forward to seeing you out on the trails!

Let it Snow,
